HW-Wednesday 16 APRIL-11

chilaquiles verdes

Ingredientes
  • ½ Kilogramo de Tortillas
  • 8 Tomates
  • 1 Diente de Ajo
  • ½ Cebolla
  • 1 Rama de Epazote
  • 3 Chiles Cuaresmeños
  • ½ Crema
  • ¼ Kilogramo de Queso Crema
  • Aceite Vegetal
  • Sal al Gusto
  • Pimienta al Gusto.
Chilaquiles Verdes
Preparación
1 Deja orear tus tortillas un día antes de que prepares tus chilaquiles. Cuando estén listas, córtalas por la mitad y así sucesivamente hasta obtener pequeños triángulitos.
2 En una sartén sofríe los “totopos” de tal forma que queden un poco separados. Dóralos por ambos lados hasta que estén crujientes. Si lo deseas puedes agregar una pizca de sal.
3 Quítales el exceso de grasa escurriéndolos sobre una servilleta gruesa. Después lava los chiles y los tomates. Cuécelos junto con el ajo, la cebolla y el epazote.
4 Con una taza de agua de la cocción, licua los chiles con ajo,cebolla, epazote, sal a tu gusto y una pizca de pimienta.
5 En un platón, coloca una porción individual de totopos y báñalos con la salsa hasta que queden completamente cubiertos, después agrega crema y queso a tu gusto.
6 Puedes acompañar tus chilaquiles con rodajas de cebolla y trocitos de carne asada o cocida de tu preferencia. Te encantará esta receta tradicional mexicana.
